"Who is Cliff Hanna?"
Cliff
Hanna has been a practicing equine dentist since 1990. A big part of
his service includes education for horse people. He presents dynamic
and enlightening seminars on equine dental awareness. He writes
articles for horse publications, on and off line.
Cliff is author of two books: "Look A Gift Horse In The Mouth…. Without
Offending Anyone!" and "How To Age A Horse By His Teeth".
Horse people from many different parts of the world contact Cliff
through email and his websites with their questions and problems
regarding their horse’s teeth.
Cliff and his wife Nicola run their equine dentistry service from their
home in the Yukon. This is in northwestern Canada.
They have horses of their own and enjoy the Yukon wilderness on pack
trips and trail rides.
Cliff and Nicola travel extensively, presenting equine dental awareness
seminars and working on horse’s teeth.
The focus of their work is respecting and understanding the horse and
his needs. Natural horsemanship is the key to their approach to equine
dentistry.
Their goal is two-fold: to help as many horses as possible to live
happy, pain free lives, and to assist horse people in every way
possible to accomplish this.
